A promise between families
Terms of care
These terms describe responsible use of SoulClouds and the duties shared by account owners, family contributors and visitors.
Who may create a SoulCloud
A creator must be legally able to agree to these terms and must have a good-faith basis to preserve the person’s story. Creating a page does not establish legal ownership of another person’s identity, likeness, estate or intellectual property.
Family administration
The creator is the initial owner and may appoint guardians, contributors and viewers. Owners are responsible for invitations, privacy settings, moderation and succession choices. SoulClouds may pause disputed administration while authority is reviewed.
Content responsibilities
- Share only content you own or have permission to use.
- Respect privacy, dignity, copyright and family safety.
- Do not impersonate, harass, exploit grief or publish unlawful material.
- Do not upload malicious software or attempt to bypass access controls.
Payments, gifts and seller identity
Before payment, checkout must identify the legal seller receiving the funds, the product, total price, currency and whether the charge is one-time or recurring. Stripe processes card details; SoulClouds does not store complete card numbers.
Virtual gifts are symbolic and have no cash value. Physical products and professional services may have separate fulfillment conditions. Refund eligibility depends on the product, fulfillment status, applicable consumer law and the terms shown at checkout.
Cancellations, refunds and chargebacks
Payment questions should be submitted through the secure support form. Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Families must not misuse disputes or chargebacks after a digital service or customized product has been delivered; SoulClouds will preserve transaction and fulfillment records needed to respond fairly.
Preservation plans
Words such as permanent, lifetime or eternal describe the service commitment attached to a plan, not a guarantee that no technical, legal or extraordinary event can ever affect availability. The final public terms will define preservation funding, exports and continuity procedures.
Suspension and removal
SoulClouds may restrict content or accounts when needed for safety, legal compliance, fraud prevention, intellectual-property claims or serious family disputes. When appropriate, owners will have an opportunity to respond or export authorized material.
Questions or family requests
Submit privacy, ownership, payment, safety or support requests through our secure request form. Do not send passwords, card details or identification documents.
