Your memories, your control

Privacy notice

SoulClouds is designed for deeply personal family material. Privacy choices belong to the family, and private content should never become public by accident.

◷Launch legal framework: Operational safeguards are included; qualified Mexican counsel should adopt the final notices for Soul Clouds S.A. de C.V. and each active payment structure.

Information families entrust to SoulClouds

  • Account and contact information.
  • Memorial and living-legacy profile information.
  • Family photographs, video, audio, documents and written stories.
  • Invitations, roles, comments, reactions and moderation activity.
  • Gift orders and payment status; complete card details are handled by the payment provider, not stored by SoulClouds.

How information is used

We use information to operate family spaces, preserve authorized content, deliver future messages, provide requested products and protect the platform from misuse.

SoulClouds does not sell family memories or use private memorial content for advertising.

Service providers and international processing

SoulClouds may use specialized providers for hosting, protected file storage, transactional email, analytics needed to operate the service and payment processing. These providers receive only the information needed for their function and may process information outside Mexico under contractual and security safeguards.

Product analytics

We record limited events such as memorial visits, invitations, shares, contribution activity and checkout status to operate and improve SoulClouds. We do not build advertising profiles from private memories or sell family activity data.

Visibility and family roles

Each SoulCloud can be private, family-only or public. Owners and guardians control contributors, visitors and publication. Some public information may be visible to anyone when the family intentionally publishes it.

Sensitive content and deceased persons

Families should share only material they are authorized to preserve. Requests involving privacy, identity, family disputes or removal will be reviewed carefully, with priority given to safety, documented authority and applicable Mexican law.

Storage, retention and deletion

Files are stored separately from searchable profile records. Retention depends on the family’s plan, legal obligations and preservation instructions. Authorized owners may request exports, corrections or deletion, subject to fraud prevention, disputes and legal retention requirements.

Security

SoulClouds uses identity-aware access, role checks and private object storage. No online service can promise absolute security, so access is limited to what is required and sensitive operational credentials are kept outside source code.

Access, correction and deletion requests

People may submit requests concerning access, correction, deletion, opposition, memorial authority or privacy through the secure support form. Identity or authority may need to be verified through a protected channel before a request is completed.

Questions or family requests

Submit privacy, ownership, payment, safety or support requests through our secure request form. Do not send passwords, card details or identification documents.
