Remember with dignity

Community care standards

SoulClouds is social, but it is not ordinary social media. Every interaction takes place near grief, family history and someone’s lasting identity.

◷Launch legal framework: Operational safeguards are included; qualified Mexican counsel should adopt the final notices for Soul Clouds S.A. de C.V. and each active payment structure.

Lead with care

  • Speak as if the person’s closest family were beside you.
  • Share memories truthfully and distinguish personal recollection from fact.
  • Ask before posting sensitive images, medical details or private correspondence.
  • Respect a family’s decision to keep a memorial private.

Never exploit grief

Scams, coercive fundraising, deceptive gifts, harassment, sexual content involving a deceased person, hate, threats and commercial solicitation are prohibited.

Family moderation

Owners and guardians may approve contributions before publication, hide comments, remove contributors and limit visibility. Visitors can report content for review without entering a public argument.

Reports, decisions and records

Reports are reviewed privately by family moderators or the platform safety team. Approval, hiding and resolution actions are logged. Repeated abuse, fraud or credible legal concerns may lead to preservation of evidence, account limits or removal.

Disputed stories

Families can remember the same life differently. SoulClouds encourages attribution, context and respectful corrections. Serious identity, estate or authority disputes may require documentation or professional resolution outside the platform.

AI-assisted biographies

AI may help organize interviews and drafts, but a family editor must verify names, dates, relationships, quotations and sensitive claims before publication. AI-generated text must remain editable and should never invent memories.

Immediate safety

SoulClouds is a remembrance service, not an emergency or mental-health service. Public launch materials will include appropriate local crisis and emergency resources for the visitor’s location.
